3CX License

The 3CX license governs the maximum number of simultaneous calls allowed.

Example: the 3CX 4 channel license allows 4 simultaneous calls (internal, incoming and outgoing).

Unlimited outgoing call channel 3CX (Switzerland) – minimum 2 channels

Can be used with a 3CX license and allows unlimited flat rate calls to fixed and cell phones in Switzerland.

Technical information

We offer standardized SIP phones (without any form of throttling).

  • VoIP/Internet network in IPv4 and IPv6
  • Configure direct routing between your Internet access (Wifx only) and our Data Center for installations that do not support IPv6
  • TLS and SRTP encryption methods enabled by default to ensure end-to-end security of your calls*.
  • Supported audio codecs : G722, G711 (A-law, μ-law)

*Default on the equipment we install. We do not guarantee the confidentiality of calls if these technologies are not supported by the equipment of your caller.

Services not included in the maintenance :

  • Costs related to the purchase of equipment and services for the extension or upgrade of VoIP
  • costs related to the purchase of equipment and replacement services following theft, damage or
    natural damages
  • costs related to equipment changes outside the supplier’s warranty
  • costs related to changes made by the customer or a service provider other than Wifx that result in the
    system malfunction
